LOVING GOD
This is the first and greatest commandment. (Deuteronomy 6:4-9, Matthew 22:37) We believe that obeying the commands of God is one of the most important ways we have of saying to Him that we love who He is. While we as God’s people can worship Him in rich and meaningful ways anytime and anywhere, there is something special and unique that takes place when we come together to worship Him collectively. We place great value on our shared worship times together.
LOVING OTHERS
We believe that a genuine love for God will always finds expression in a love for others both within and outside of our church family . (1 John 3:14, 4:7-11,20-21, John 13:34-35) We seek to love others as Christ loved us. (John 13:34-35)

LOVE IN ACTION
Every Christian is created in Christ Jesus for good works (Ephesians 2:10) This means that to each is given certain gifts to use in service to others , and it also means that each is purposefully designed with limitations and areas of weakness. Both are from God for our joy. We are gifted in order that we might be a blessing and a help, and we are limited in order that we might be blessed and helped. State Road is a community of Christians with many God given gifts, talents, and abilities. God is glorified and His love is made real when we use these gifts for the good of others, not only within but also outside of our fellowship.
